See How it Works
Here is a short 3 minute video of how it works with the continuity module.

Business Continuity

Studies show that two out of five businesses that experience a disaster go out of business within five years.

Governance Manager helps organisations to understand, strategise and improve their governance and business capabilities. At a fraction of traditional costs, create a more certain future – resilient, sustainable and performing.

A demonstrable commitment to sound risk management is one of the hallmarks of good corporate governance. Enterprise risk management (ERM) and business continuity management (BCM) have seen significant improvement in various national and international standards, and evolving practice guidelines over recent years.

The Risk and Continuity Module when deployed in Governance Manager, combines all the recognised requirements of enterprise risk management and business continuity management to setup and manage effective governance systems. When integrated effectively, ERM and BCM enhance business performance and shareholder value through more informed strategic and operational investment decisions, a more agile culture, and a more resilient organisation. The module includes:

– Business Continuity Management Maturity Framework – based upon the capabilities outlined in ISO 22301:2012
– Enterprise Risk Management Maturity Framework – based upon the capabilities outlined in ISO 31000:2009
– ICT Disaster Recovery Readiness
– ICT Resilience Maturity Diagnostic

What gets measured gets done!!

Governance Manager provides the platform to evaluate business continuity and disaster recovery business capabilities, at a program level, for any organisation. Boards, senior management, auditors, regulators, as well as governance and compliance professionals across the world use Governance Manager to improve performance and institutionalise better business practices. Adopting a measurement based approach drives focus, effective allocation of finite resources, and improved performance.
